The Villages at Moffett and Parks offers family housing to all service members in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our communities are designed to provide military families with the same quality of life in housing as the civilians they defend. Wescoat Village is located in Mountain View, CA with housing located both inside and outside the gates of Moffett Field. Current housing consists of 181 new 3 and 4 bedroom town homes at Wescoat Village, 9 historic homes at Berry Park and 126 existing 2 bedroom town homes at Shenandoah Square. The Village at Parks consists of 114 three and four bedroom single family homes, built in 2005, located inside the gates at Camp Parks in Dublin, CA.
